Wruum ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy and providing a safe, enjoyable car-spotting experience. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Wruum mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When signing in with Apple, we receive an anonymous unique identifier and your email (or Apple Private Relay address).
• Captured Photographs: Original car images captured via the viewfinder or imported from your camera roll, and processed background-removed cutouts.
• Spotting Metadata: Timestamp, vehicle make, model, generation, and rarity data.
• Subscription Data: Validated receipt tokens and Pro tier status via RevenueCat & Apple App Store. We do not store financial payment information.

2. Permissions

• Camera: Required to scan and photograph vehicles in real time.
• Photo Library: Required to import vehicle photos or save collectible cards to your device.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information strictly to provide car identification, manage your digital Garage collection, verify Pro access, and sync your catches across devices.

We do NOT sell or monetize your personal data or photos to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your collection and images are stored securely on Supabase cloud servers with Row Level Security (RLS) policies and encrypted transport (TLS).

5. Account Deletion & Data Purging

You can permanently delete your account directly in the App at any time (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Deletion immediately and permanently purges all your uploaded photographs, cutouts, and spotting history from our cloud storage.
